A full package for a retirement village development

Client: Plantation Retirement Village, Weier Road, Morayfield.

Period: February 2007 – current

Nature of project: 16.7ha retirement village estate. 278 units completed and another 61 to be constructed.

Responsibilities: 

  • Civil design and documentation for earthworks

  • Roadworks

  • Stormwater drainage

  • Sewerage

  • Water reticulation and external water main upgrade

  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, local and State government authorities 

  • Civil construction supervision

  • Certification 

Description:

This is a master planned retirement community. Cam also worked on Oasis Plantation Retirement Resort at Nambour, formerly developed and owned by the same company.
